Bridging Families provides professional supervised visitation and monitored exchange services for families with court-ordered or agreed parenting-time arrangements. Our role is neutral. We do not advocate for either party, provide legal advice, conduct custody evaluations, or make custody recommendations.
Please provide the current operative custody/visitation order, any applicable restraining or protective orders, and relevant Judicial Council forms or written agreements before services begin. Case-specific instructions are reviewed during intake and screening.
Provider records focus on attendance, timing, conduct, rule compliance, interruptions, and factual observations. Written reports may be prepared or released when authorized or required, subject to agency policy and applicable administrative fees for preparation, review, processing, and secure delivery.
Subpoenas, records requests, testimony, declarations, and other professional requests should be directed to the agency with as much advance notice as possible. Court appearance and records-related fees may apply as published in our pricing policies.
Communications should remain limited to service administration, safety, scheduling, court-order implementation, and other matters within the provider's role. Communications with supervised visitation providers are not protected by a confidential privilege.
Bridging Families structures professional services around California Family Code § 3200.5 and California Standard of Judicial Administration 5.20. Courts may also have local procedures or case-specific orders that affect service.
For written reports, records-related requests, subpoenas, or court appearances, review the applicable administrative and appearance fees before making the request.
