Sample On-site Supervised Visitation
Schedule and Costs
The following example shows how a two-hour court-ordered supervised visit may be scheduled when using an on-site visitation setting. The total billed time includes the supervised visitation period plus structured arrival, staging, drop-off, and pickup time.
- Supervised Visitation: $75.00 per hour, 2-hour minimum
- On-site Facility Fee: $45.00 per hour, 2-hour minimum
- Arrival / Drop-off / Staging Time: 30 minutes
- Departure / Pickup / Staging Time: 30 minutes
- Total scheduled service window in this example: 3 hours
- 5:00 PM - Custodial parent arrives at the facility with the child.
- 5:15 PM - Bridging Families staff takes custody of the child and the custodial parent leaves the facility.
- 5:15 PM - Bridging Families staff contacts the non-custodial parent and confirms that the child is present at the facility.
- 5:30 PM - Non-custodial parent arrives at the facility and the supervised visitation begins.
- 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM - Court-ordered supervised visitation takes place.
- 7:30 PM - Supervised visitation ends and the non-custodial parent departs the facility.
- 7:45 PM - Bridging Families staff contacts the custodial parent and confirms that the child is ready to be picked up.
- 8:00 PM - Bridging Families staff releases the child to the custodial parent.
- $225.00 - Supervised visitation and staging time: 3 hours x $75.00 per hour
- $135.00 - On-site facility fee: 3 hours x $45.00 per hour
- $360.00 - Sample total for a 2-hour court-ordered supervised visitation conducted on-site
Sample Off-site Supervised Visitation
Schedule and Costs
The following example shows how a two-hour court-ordered supervised visit may be scheduled at an agreed-upon off-site location. Off-site visits may include mileage or travel-related fees depending on the location, distance, monitor availability, and service area.
- Supervised Visitation: $75.00 per hour, 2-hour minimum
- Mileage Fee: $15.00 each direction within 10 miles
- Arrival / Drop-off / Staging Time: 30 minutes
- Departure / Pickup / Staging Time: 30 minutes
- Total scheduled service window in this example: 3 hours
- 5:00 PM - Custodial parent arrives at the agreed-upon location with the child.
- 5:15 PM - Bridging Families staff takes custody of the child and the custodial parent leaves the location.
- 5:15 PM - Bridging Families staff contacts the non-custodial parent and confirms that the child is present at the location.
